This page describes what we collect when you use bel4d on your Android device, iOS browser, or desktop, and how we keep that data protected. We collect information only when necessary to operate our service, process your deposits and withdrawals, verify your identity, and respond to support requests. When you create an account on bel4d, we ask for your email or phone number, full legal name, and date of birth. If you deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, we receive confirmation of the transaction but never store your e-wallet credentials. For bank transfers via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, we generate a unique virtual-account number tied only to your bel4d profile and do not retain your bank details after the transfer completes.
We undertake to handle your information with confidentiality and comply with Indonesian data-protection practices. Our data centres are located in regions including Jakarta and neighbouring areas. Your documents and transaction history remain encrypted at all times. This notice applies to all users of bel4d regardless of location.
What We Collect and Why
We collect account information (name, email, phone, date of birth) to create and secure your account. We collect identity documents (KTP, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement) only when you request your first withdrawal. We use these documents to verify your identity, comply with financial regulations, and prevent fraud. We store them encrypted and never share them with marketing agencies or third parties outside our compliance team.
We collect payment information to process your deposits and withdrawals. For e-wallet transactions, we record only the transaction amount, timestamp, and status (completed or failed) — we never receive or store your DANA, e-wallet, or mobile banking login credentials. For bank transfers, we generate a unique reference number so you can verify the transfer; we do not retain your bank account number after the transaction settles.
We collect gameplay data (games played, stakes wagered, outcomes) to calculate your balance and settle your account. We collect login times and IP addresses to detect unauthorized access and secure your account. We collect support chat messages to resolve your requests and improve our customer service.
How We Use Your Information
We use your data to operate bel4d — authenticate you at login, process deposits and withdrawals, settle game outcomes, and maintain your account balance. We use your contact details to send you account confirmations, withdrawal updates, and responses to your support requests. We do not send unsolicited promotional emails; notifications are limited to transactional messages related to your account.
We use your identity documents to comply with know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. We use your IP address and login history to detect fraud and prevent multiple accounts. We use gameplay data to identify technical issues and ensure fair game results. We do not use your data to profile your behaviour or target you with marketing outside bel4d.
Third-Party Processors and Data Storage

These processors receive only the transaction amount, your registered phone or email, and outcome status — they do not receive your full name or identity documents. Your Rights and Data Access
You have the right to access your personal information at any time. Log into your bel4d account and navigate to the Account section to view your registered email, phone, transaction history, and login log. You have the right to correct inaccurate information — if your address or phone changes, update it via Account Settings or contact our support team.
You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated data. Submit a delete-account request via Account Settings or email [email protected]. We process deletion requests within five business days, with the exception of transaction records which we retain for seven years to comply with financial regulations.
You have the right to lodge a complaint if you believe we have mishandled your data. Contact our privacy team at [email protected] with details of your concern. We investigate and respond within 14 days.
